End-of-Life Rituals and Ceremonies

There are life ceremonies and rituals that call for an official minister such as funerals.

Perhaps you are no longer attending an organized religious group and you would like to find a non-denominational minister who is available to officiate at your life events. We can help you plan the perfect ceremony for your needs.

Rev. Susan Bliffert is an Ordained Minister of Healing through the Universal Life Church. As such, she has the rights and privileges of the ministry and can perform memorial services and funerals.

Other life circumstances may call for spiritual counsel, healing and solace.

•Do you have a dear friend who needs to be prayed for?
•Is there a need for hands-on healing with a spiritual intention?
•Do you have a loved one in the hospital, nursing home or hospice situation who would appreciate a visit?

As a minister of healing, I can also offer vigils, living funerals, and gatherings for after death.

Energy Balancing

Electromagnetic fields of energy surrounds each of us and all things around us.  Any form of stress can alter this delicate but profound balance. Energy balancing can relieve some of the stress and fears of the unknown.  I am a Reiki Master Teacher and healing touch practitioner.

Head Massage

Cranial-Sacral Therapy

This whole-body approach is a delicate touch that tunes into the subtle membrane system that protects the brain and spinal cord. Imbalances can increase the stress, pain, and emotional state of the individual.  Overall relaxation and improved sleep can result from this therapy.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils are subtle, volatile liquids distilled from plants, scrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, and seeds.  Direct inhalation and direct application to diffusing in the air can provide a relaxing and nurturing environment.

Education and Information

Knowing the possible physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of death and dying, can help everyone understand what to expect and how to navigate the process with grace and dignity. It is very different caring for someone that you know will get better versus someone at the end stages of life where they are not going to get better.
